Taunton Town FC was founded in 1947. The club has competed in various leagues throughout its history, including the Western League and Southern League. The 2021-22 season marked another massive achievement in the club’s history as they secured the Southern Premier South title to gain promotion to the National League South for the first time in their history.
I joined the club at this important stage in growth, now competing with full time teams and at a much higher level. I offer marketing strategy support to the club to increase engagement both online in social platforms, but also in print in supporting the commercial side in sponsorship and the club shop. A real focus is in getting more fans through the gate and raise revenue to reinvest back in the facilities, players and staff.
