I have worked with the team for over 10 years and am always on hand when they need my advice or help with the website.
The website is primarily an information resource for local residents of Minehead and surroundings towns and villages. It also plays an important role for visitors to the town which sees the population nearby double in the tourist season.
With this in mind the fresh new website design involved looking at the data on Google Analytics and them using this to determine the new design and customer journey for all users, getting them quickly to the information they want, but with a blend of images to balance out the content.
The backend has an intuitive platform as well as an integrated members' area.
